Directions:
This log has three (3) sections; (A) District Program Activities,
and Schoolhouse Program Activities, (B) Mentor/Mentee meeting Log, and (C)
Personal Reflections on the Mentor/mentee experience. There may be
items in each section which do not pertain to you specifically as some of
the activities/meetings were for new teachers only and some activities
were for both new teachers and mentors. Both mentors and new
teachers MUST complete “Section C – meeting log” to be eligible for
inservice credits beyond the district and schoolhouse program activities.
